Mat spray is great for refreshing your mat between uses but they can be expensive to buy. I've found the perfect way to make your own spray and the ingredients last for ages so you can keep making more!

You will need:
An empty spray bottle (re use an old one you have to you can pick them up pretty cheaply)
Witch Hazel
Tea Tree
Scent of your choice.

Fill your spray bottle about 1/4 of the way with witch hazel- this will disinfect and clean your mat. I also like to add some tea tree for cleansing.

Then add a scent of your choice, I usually add amounts until I'm happy with the smell. This time I used lavender and peppermint.

Have a play around, it can be great fun mixing scents until you find one that works for you!

Once you've added all our oils top up with water and give it all a good shake.
